Always make sure that you are buying from an authorized retailer.

Do not forget to check the company seal on the cylinder at the time of delivery.

Do not accept the cylinder if the seal is broken.

Inspect the Cylinder Itself. Do a quick visual check. Look out for leaks, dents and or rust.

Do not accept the cylinder if it's old, rusted or leaking.
